and the idea for the goggles on the helmet.
We have been riding motorcycles for many years. But unfortunately, it's one of those things with seeing. In the beginning, the visual performance creeps away quietly. One day we realized that we still see the GPS, but not what it wants to tell us. Potholes, bitumen or chippings were also suddenly much faster.
So, we had to get some glasses. But the joy lasted only a few hours on the first day. Then the ears answered. Pain - helmet down - break!
A different pair of glasses was needed. One with thin temples.
Brilliant, but how do you get glasses with thin temples in your helmet?
Here's what we learned:
1.) somehow,
2.) after some time
3.) with a seat that never really fits
4.) makes you think about your glasses all the time
5.) correction of the fit of the glasses difficult
6.) after refueling, all the "better-seers" were already gone, while we were still trying to stuff the templses between our heads and helmets.
Which led to the following question: Why do you still have to squeeze your glasses between your head and your helmet today? Wireless or headphones, even action cams, can be put on the helmet. Everything that distracts while riding can be pinned to on helmets today, but not a visual aid.
So we made something. The handicrafts became better and more functional. In the end, we decided to develop a professional solution. After more than three years of development work and countless tests, it was ready 2017, the "PRESCRIPTION GLASSES ON THE HELMET".
Whether goggles in the helmet or on the helmet or without - we always wish you a nice and safe ride with a lot of fun riding a motorcycle.
